We are looking for a qualified Manager IBP to join the team in Casablanca. As a Manager IBP, you will lead and facilitate Integrated Business Planning process in Maghreb markets to deliver business value across a range of dimensions: achieving joined-up cross-functional plan, reaching financial optimization, managing risks and opportunities, balancing demand and supply. ### Your ‘day to day’ - Facilitate Market IBP process with involvement of Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to achieve key objectives. - Act as a single point of contact for all key decisions related to supply and demand management topics and provide full business support to Market Management team. - Listen to long-term Market strategy and direction to proactively trigger strategic decisions and actions on Operations side to fulfil long-term Market requirements. - Lead or contribute to global / local initiatives to achieve PMI market, Operations or Supply Chain strategies. - Collaborate with various departments of the Company to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of IBP process such as Commercial Strategy and Deployment, Finance, Business Development and Planning, Marketing…etc. - Contribute to Market’s Budget and/or target setting process by ensuring proper IBP process - Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the Market IBP team to ensure a high level of efficiency in the individual and teamwork of employees. - Ensure full compliance with local applicable legislation and company policies and procedures and all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules. Who we’re looking for - You have College/University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related subject. Post graduate diploma would be a plus - You have 8-10 years of work experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role - Good knowledge of Project / Product prioritization process and tools - Top-down and bottom-up, driver-based planning and forecasting, data based - Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Copilot) - Strong predictive and prescriptive analytics and planning skills - Understanding of Finance principles and major financial concepts (profit & loss, cash flow statement) and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF) - Knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite, O9), Financial Planning systems is a strong plus Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
