Join our Commercial team in a key headquarters role, leading the development of commercial programs across channels — from planning and execution follow-up to post-activity learnings and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll bring strong field understanding, connect closely with retailers and commercial teams, and build practical tools and initiatives that support the company’s business goals — while operating in line with company policies, internal compliance standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. ### What You’ll Do Identify commercial opportunities by understanding market dynamics, channel developments, retailer needs, and field team insights. Adapt commercial programs to different channels, aligned with business objectives, channel developments, regional trends, and data-based insights. Build and manage the annual commercial plan for strategic commercial channels and workstreams with retailers and relevant partners. Create monthly commercial materials and communications for all channels, including remote channels such as digital and call center teams. Conduct weekly field visits, both independently and together with field employees, to identify opportunities from the field. Promote field team initiatives with headquarters stakeholders, including legal approvals, compliance reviews, and additional internal alignments. Manage monitoring and commercial insight tools, such as field surveys, segmentation, quality checks, and additional measurement tools, in line with company policies and applicable privacy and compliance requirements. Continuously explore innovative ways to improve work processes and develop new tools that support business goals. Skills & Capabilities Must-Haves 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Promotion Team Management, and/or Trade Marketing in large companies. Experience managing processes and leading projects. Deep understanding of commercial processes and retailer needs. Strong ability to understand and connect with field needs. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to drive action. Ability to present topics and deliver messages to different seniority levels, including management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Fluent Hebrew and high proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and presenting. Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving ability. Nice-to-Haves Relevant academic degree. Experience building commercial plans. Experience using BI systems, data tools, and AI tools.
