What You’ll Do Develop and execute integrated communication campaigns for SFP brands across the Baltic markets, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and global brand guidelines. Create, adapt, review, and localize content for both online and offline channels, including digital assets, videos, printed materials, CRM communications, and consumer-facing campaigns. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into impactful communication strategies and initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the work of external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs, guidance, and feedback to ensure high-quality delivery. Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights and market trends, and identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness. Support the development of communication strategies through testing, personalization, and application of best practices from across markets. Skills & Capabilities University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics or a related field. Experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or agency environments, preferably within FMCG or consumer-focused industries. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across markets and functions. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data, insights, and feedback into actionable recommendations. Excellent project management, agency management, and communication skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Salary range for this role is from 5026 EUR gross to 6280 EUR gross (in Lithuania), from 3848 EUR gross to 4800 EUR gross (in Latvia), from 4168 EUR gross to 5200 EUR gross (in Estonia).
