YOUR ROLE As Retail Development Intern, you will be part of our Brand Retail Department (Marketing Team) in Philip Morris Italia. You will support the team in developing and monitoring initiatives aimed at improving store performance, enhancing consumer experience and attracting consumers to our stores. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across retail operations, data analysis, consumer insights and innovative drive-to-store projects, working closely with different teams and external partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO -Support the team in monitoring the day-to-day activities and performance of the Brand Retail network. - Collect and analyze sales, consumer and store data to identify relevant trends, actionable marketing insights and business opportunities for the retail channel. - Assist in the development and monitoring of consumer-focused initiatives, promotional activities and creative drive-to-store projects. - Support the preparation of reports, presentations and performance updates, translating data into clear recommendations and business actions (using CRM and analytics tools). SKILLS & CAPABILITIES -University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent. - Strong interest in retail, marketing, consumer experience and data analysis. - Analytical mindset, with confidence in working with data, KPIs, performance reports and business insights. - Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. - Curiosity, creativity and an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving. - Proactive and collaborative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage stakeholders and effectively collaborate across different departments and functions. - Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and within cross-functional environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluency in Italian and English. - Knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and data visualization tools will be considered a plus. REWARDS & BENEFITS We offer an Internship of 6 months length, full time. For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
