Working across digital communications, consumer engagement and campaign optimization, the team develops CRM initiatives that strengthen relationships with Legal Age Nicotine Users and enhance the consumer experience by: - Planning and deploying CRM communications and engagement initiatives for smoke-free products - Leveraging data and insights to optimize campaign performance and consumer engagement Who we’re looking for - Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing or a related field - Available from February 2027 to August 2027 - Knowledge of CRM, content creation and digital marketing concepts - Consumer-focused and data-driven mindset - Familiarity with Google Analytics and Power BI - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors - Eager to learn, grow and take initiative - Highly organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative team player with a proactive approach - Fluent in English and German, French or Italian; German is a plus Roles & Objectives As a CRM Intern, you will support the planning, testing, deployment and monitoring of CRM communications for PMI Switzerland. Working with CRM specialists and cross-functional stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, consumer engagement and performance analysis while helping enhance the consumer journey. Your responsibilities may include: - Consolidate data from multiple sources to track CRM campaign performance - Support monthly reporting, generating insights and recommendations for future campaigns - Assist with quality assurance and testing of CRM communications - Support CRM campaign deployment and follow up on actions with stakeholders - Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure excellent execution - Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities - Research industry trends and best practices, sharing recommendations with the team - Support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards What we offer Our success depends on talented employees who bring a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
