Your work will simplify daily processes and enable teams to focus on performance, problem-solving, and our smoke-free future. ### What You'll Do - Analyze operational routines and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements Map processes and gather requirements from stakeholders Consolidate information from multiple sources into structured outputs - Design, develop, and prototype AI-enabled support tools - Gather user feedback and continuously improve usability and effectiveness - Present project outcomes, recommendations, and future improvement opportunities ### Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related fields - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Basic data visualization skills - Strong interest in AI and prompt engineering Nice-to-Have - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools Basic understanding of manufacturing or operational management processes - Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions Recruitment - Process Online Assessment (HireVue & SHL) HR Interview User Interview Equal Opportunities Statement We believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us stronger.
