Purpose of the Position Define and create training program objectives; develop required training content and localize it at the channel level. Continuously assess program effectiveness and incorporate user feedback to improve usability and impact. ### Accountabilities Define and create training program goals and project plans based on the annual training calendar. Develop training programs (from scratch, in collaboration with vendors, or through localization of OC programs) and deliver them on time. Determine appropriate training mechanisms (digital, classroom, etc.) and collaborate with the Deployment team to align deployment and completion schedules. Manage vendors, including sourcing external expertise for specific training needs. Review training program effectiveness and user feedback to propose improvements. Oversee Knowledge Management, including training catalogue management. Prepare and present training programs at management meetings when necessary. ### Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree Language Japanese: Native level (verbal, written, presentation) ### English Advanced level (verbal) ### Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of B2C/B2B Training & Development experience. Experience in developing a variety of training content (Sales/Program/Initiatives training; role- or channel-specific skills training preferred). Business experience in commercial roles engaging with consumers (e.g., Call Center, Marketing, Sales). Knowledge of training methodologies and program development.
