### ASCEND

Your Path to Field Sales Leadership Ready to take the next step in your sales career? ASCEND is a 12-month Sales Supervisor Academy designed to prepare high-potential sales professionals for future Field Sales Supervisor and Commercial Operations leadership roles. Through a structured development journey, participants will build the leadership, commercial, and field execution capabilities needed to successfully lead frontline sales teams and drive business performance.

The program combines immersive field assignments, cross-functional exposure, executive mentorship, and stretch projects that provide hands-on experience in managing territories, driving commercial results, and leading people. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the skills, experience, and business acumen required to transition into a Field Sales Supervisor role and continue their growth toward broader Commercial Operations leadership opportunities.

What You'll Gain Practical experience in leading sales and commercial execution initiatives Exposure to territory management, trade engagement, and business operations Development of coaching, people leadership, and performance management skills Mentorship from experienced commercial leaders Opportunities to work on strategic business projects and cross-functional initiatives A structured pathway toward a future Field Sales Supervisor position Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or related discipline preferred. 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or a related business environment.

Proven track record of delivering business results and taking ownership of outcomes. Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and ability to interpret business performance indicators. Effective communication skills in English; ability to present insights and recommendations clearly. Valid driver's license and willingness to operate in field-based commercial environments.
