Our success depends on people who are committed to our purpose and have an appetite for progress. ### Your ‘day to day’ - Lead the deployment, localization, driving change, ensuring successful landing of all PMI Tech initiatives. - Translate business into IT solutions by leveraging Global PMI Tech portfolio, offering to deliver services required by the function and promote the worldwide suite of applications. - Works closely with Solution Management to consolidate local portfolio and drive standardization. - Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions for manufacturing and operational systems - Lead the support and maintenance of local and global IT systems, resolving day-to-day issues - Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services and ensure compliance with GxP (Good [x] Practice) requirements. ### Who we’re looking for - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Commutable distance to Aurora, CO. - 6+ years proven track of experience in deploying global IT systems (Manufacturing or Quality Assurance areas experience is an asset) - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field - Service management experience (ITIL certification is a plus) - Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (certification in project management e.g., PMP is a plus) - Experience working in/with IT Operations or Service teams with an understanding of MES, LES, SCADA integration, Industry 4.0, IoT, IIoT, AWS cloud) - An action-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600- $187,000 Per Annum What we offer: - A competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! - Hybrid work hybrid model that promotes flexibility in the workplace ### Take pride in delivering our promise to society - To improve Philip Morris International Inc.'s U.S. businesses are invested in America's future and advancing a smoke-free nation.
