## Job description

Philip Morris International is looking for Regional Supervisor in Commercial Planning.

### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory development plans aligned with regional business strategy
- Lead, motivate, and develop the deployment team to achieve strong and sustainable results
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance against defined objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Ensure effective coverage and segmentation within the territory
- Plan and coordinate trade activities and initiatives Allocate and manage resources efficiently (budget, POSM, etc.) to maximize impact
- Ensure proper product display and adherence to merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
- Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance analysis Achieving top-level performance and productivity from the team Ensuring effective planning and execution of territory development activities Building strong, result-oriented partnerships with business stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (will be considered an advantage)
- 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in sales operations and consistent performance delivery (will be considered an advantage) Georgian (fluent), English (proficient) Leadership & team management Problem-solving and decision-making Strategic thinking & prioritization Communication & negotiation Analytical mindset Valid Category B driver’s license
