### Job Title

Office Administrator (Special Needs Hiring)

### Location

Tokyo, Japan Employment Type: Permanent Employee Philip Morris Japan is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to persons with special needs. This is a full time, permanent position and we are looking for individuals who want to contribute to the Company’s goals working in a large scale organization. Depending on your experience level and skill set, different opportunities across various functions can be possible including: Sales, Supply chain & Operations, IT, People & Culture.

### RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting administrative support to ensure high performance of the team Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

### REQUIREMENTS

Physical Disability Certificate holder High school graduate Basic PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong communication ability Minimum
- 2 years professional working experience
- Ability to exchange basic email in English (must), experience working in English environment (nice to have)
