Help us reshape our business and make a meaningful impact on various projects. YOUR ROLE As an Intern, you will be part of the IT Department at Philip Morris Italia in Rome. Join our Information Technology team and become part of a group where you can bring new ideas and learn about processes and solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support the collection, analysis, and translation of business requirements into effective digital solutions across Consumer and Commercial domains. - Bringing innovative ideas by proactively searching for new ways to improve current processes - Contribute to and manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery, adaptability, and focus on business outcomes. - Identify the opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and unlock value through emerging technologies and digital capabilities. - Proactively explore innovative solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and the broader digital ecosystem to address business challenges. - Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that create measurable impact. SKILLS & CAPABILITIES - University degree in STEM - IT background - Strong analytical skills - Problem-solving attitude and customer orientation - Fluency in English and Italian - Knowledge of project management REWARDS & BENEFITS We offer an internship of 6 months length, full time.
