สำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป เพิ่งจบใหม่ หรือ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปี ที่พร้อมดูแลงานขายร้านปลีกในเขตพื้นที่ นครราชสีมา (ไม่มีค่าที่พัก) เริ่มต้นเส้นทางผู้นำ เติบโตสู่ผู้จัดการในการพัฒนาธุรกิจใน 3–5 ปี คุณคือคนรุ่นใหม่ที่อยาก เติบโตเร็ว และ สร้าง Impact ในโลกธุรกิจหรือไม่? หากคำตอบคือ “ใช่” มาร่วมเส้นทางผู้นำฝ่ายขายที่ บริษัท ฟิลลิป มอร์ริส เทรดดิ้ง (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด กับ Rise Up Program – From Frontline to Future Leader เราตามหาผู้ที่ พร้อมเรียนรู้ ชอบความท้าทาย และ ลงมือทำจริง โดยจะ มี Mentor ดูแล อย่างใกล้ชิด และได้ลงสนามจริงตั้งแต่วันแรกของการทำงาน บทบาทหน้าที่: บริหารและพัฒนาพื้นที่ขายเขตนครราชสีมาให้เติบโตตามเป้าหมาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พร้อมวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีมงานและคู่ค้า ขับเคลื่อนยอดขายโดยใช้เครื่องมือดิจิตอลและ AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน คุณสมบัติ: อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา) และเคยทำกิจกรรม / ชมรมระหว่างเรียน นักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปี มีภาวะผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ ใช้ Excel ได้ และมีพื้นฐาน AI & Digital พร้อมโยกย้ายพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์มาแล้วอย่างน้อย 1 ปี มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน
