The team serves as an intermediary between the LEAPS organization and LOB partners, aiming to ensure that tasks are completed appropriately and on schedule. ### Position Summary The Sr. Program Manager supports the LEAPS Work Readiness Team. The ideal candidate is open to a feedback culture, curious, eager to learn and teach others, and able to engage effectively with key stakeholders and influence others. This individual will be responsible for working with the Land, Environmental, and Enterprise Public Works teams as well as LOB partners. This role solves unique and complex program and process problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative process solutions in a collaborative manner to support LEAPS Work Readiness Program objectives, and may drive or support major cross-functional initiatives/improvement efforts. This role will require strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills to be successful. The Sr. Program Manager may develop highly complex process tracking systems that have a wide range of impacts and applications across multiple departments related to PG&E interactions. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.
