## Job description

### Requirement
- To actively support Managers with administrative duties 积极支持组内各经理的日常工作
- Provide necessary administrative support to the team to arrange the logistics for internal and external 提供团队必要的行政服务和支持
- Familiar with company operation policy, procedure and effectively implement 认真有效的贯彻执行公司政策和流程
- Assist to team on documentation and file management 负责团队文件的整理及管理
- Arrange meeting logistics for internal and external；do meeting minutes and follow-ups 负责团队内外部会议后勤工作；做好会议记录及跟进
- Assist team in budget control 协助团队费用管理
- Supervise the assigned team activities and project 协助执行经理交与的各项活动 Qualification：
- Bachelor Degree or above本科或以上
- Good command of English熟练掌握英语
- Good command of computer skills熟练操作计算机
- Teamwork spirit 注重团队合作
- Good communication良好的沟通技巧
