## Job description

### POSITION SUMMARY

Own department-related strategy and lead team to maximize the business opportunities to achieve objectives and lifecycle management POITION

### RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead brand strategy, planning and excellent execution. Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation Lead the review of products' strategy with cross function team. Develop the key Campaigns and excellent execution Closely work with sales team to ensure resluts delivery Team management

### EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Proficient oral and written English 7 or above years marketing experience, people manager experience is a plus.

### REQUIREMENTS
