## Job description
- Training salary + plus Uncapped Commissions after training, monthly bonus, and annual bonus incentives! Recognition and awards including top performer incentive trips.
- Outside sales role selling to independent accounts responsible for winning new business & expanding accounts. Owning end-to-end relationship with customers. This is an opportunity to build, grow, and maintain your own book of business.
- This is a supportive, high-performing team and a culture that values collaboration, trust, and winning the right way.
- The territory will be local to Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas.
- 2+ years of working experience as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant general manager is ideal.
- 2+ years working experience in competitive sales in foodservice industry most preferred.
