Working under the direction of the Director of Talent Management, this role partners with Human Resources and business leaders to implement and support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership expectations, and talent mobility initiatives. The position provides consultation, resources, and insights to support talent decisions, identify development opportunities, and address workforce needs.
