### Position Purpose

Monitor quality control program designed to ensure food safety consistent with established company and regulatory standards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company

### Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and control an effective quality assurance program/food safety procedures and practices, including daily product testing and verification
- Assist with the monthly self-audit of the operation to determine the level of compliance with the good manufacturing practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and company policies relating to food safety.
- Ensure overall compliance with government food regulatory agencies and other applicable regulations, including state-specific regulatory programs.
- Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Plan/ SQF program
- Prepare the facility to successfully achieve and maintain

### SQF Status
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

### Sunday - Thursday
- 6am - 3pm
