This role assists in managing employment-related and commercial litigation; overseeing CBA negotiations and other traditional labor issues; and non-compete matters. The Director, Sr Associate General Counsel also counsels management and Human Resources leaders on a wide range of associate relations issues, providing practical, business-minded legal guidance. Additionally, the individual in this role will interact with and advise senior management and business leaders across PFG’s business segments on a variety of topics.
