## Job description

The Picking Department Lead position will perform the following duties:
- Safely operates power material handling equipment to accurately select, palletize, and or stage Warehouse Equipment or Supplies for necessary warehouse functions for the picking Department.
- Assists Supervisor in providing guidance, work instructions, and training within the Picking Department.
- 4 10 Hour shifts starting at 0500 Monday - Thursday
