Hours may vary based on business needs. ### Travel 15% visiting domicile sites. Occasional overnight may be required. ### Compensation $70k - $75/k base salary plus bonus potential based on KPIs!! ### Position Purpose As the Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining compliance with regulations and supervision and training of drivers for the OpCo. You will lead a team of drivers, monitor Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and fleet performance, and execute strategies to optimize transportation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of transportation logistics, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. ### Primary Responsibilities - Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Assists in scheduling as well as ensuring deliveries and pickups are made in a timely manner.
