## Job description

### Position Purpose

The Director of Multi Unit Sales is responsible for increasing sales and bottom-line profitability within a geographic region. S/he will work in close partnership with their regional counterparts to execute on strategy aimed at growing the organization's market share, margins, profits and talent base.

### Primary Responsibilities
- Grow Regional Sales, Profits and Margins.
- Manage regional sales expense by evaluating the size and productivity of the sales force to maintain an adequate sales group to service the area.
- Partner with various departments across the organization to drive positive business growth.
- Conduct Monthly Functional Reviews with each sales team/plant in the region.
- Present Quarterly Results, initiatives and updates at the Quarterly Meeting.
- Provide strategic oversight of the sales operation with their region.
- Create and maintain a working atmosphere which produces the maximum productivity, while promoting the organization's culture and the rules/policies. Grow internal talent base through aggressive and active talent management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

### Compensation Range
- $82,000 - $120,000
