## Job description

Looking to gain hands-on sales experience with a Fortune 100 food company?

At Performance Food Group, interns don't sit on the sidelines. You'll work on a meaningful project tied to real business needs, partner with leaders across the organization, and gain exposure to one of the largest food distribution companies in North America.

Sales at PFG is about more than a product list. It is about understanding customers, building relationships, and helping businesses grow. As a Sales Intern, you will gain firsthand exposure to the people, products, and strategies behind that work.

### What You'll Do
- Learn PFG's sales methodology
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges
- Analyze data and develop recommendations
- Present project findings and solutions to business leaders

### Location
- Girlroy, CA

### Compensation
- $22/hour

### Major(s)
- Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

### Required Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Must be located near Glen Allen, VA
- Authorized to work in the United States

### Preferred Qualifications
- Rising Senior
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
