## Job description

### Overview

Als Praktikant:in im Bereich Brand Management für Beverages im FMCG-Sektor unterstützt Du die Marketing- und Strategieinitiativen der Marke. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung von Marktforschung, die Analyse von Verbrauchstrends und die Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und des Wachstums. Dieses Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld zu sammeln und zum Gesamterfolg des Getränke-Portfolios beizutragen.

Ideale Kandidaten haben eine Leidenschaft für Markenführung, Kreativität und Interesse an der Lebensmittelindustrie.

### Responsibilities

Die Rolle:
- Campaign & Activation Support Unterstützung bei Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Marketingkampagnen Mitarbeit an Brand Activations (z. B. Events, Promotions, Sampling) Koordination von Assets und Timelines mit internen

### Teams & Agenturen
- Content & Creative Development Erstellung und Abstimmung von Marketing Assets (Social, POS, Präsentationen) Mitarbeit bei Briefings für Kreativagenturen Qualitätssicherung von Creatives (Brand Guidelines, Claims etc.)
- Market & Performance Analysis Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Brand-Daten Auswertung von Kampagnen-Performance (KPIs, Learnings) Ableitung von Insights & Handlungsempfehlungen
- Project Ownership & Execution Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme kleinerer Marketingprojekte Steuerung einzelner Workstreams (z. B. Social, Merch, Event Assets) Sicherstellung von Deadlines und Projektfortschritt
- Cross-functional Collaboration Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Sales, Legal, Comms, Finance etc.) Abstimmung mit externen Partnern & Agenturen Sicherstellung konsistenter Markenkommunikation
- Presentations & Internal Support Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne Stakeholder Unterstützung bei Pitch Decks, Sell-ins und Reporting Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen Qualifications Dein Profil: Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing Erstes erfolgreich absolviertes Praktikum, idealerweise im Marketing/Customer Marketing Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe Gutes Zahlen- und Datenverständnis Hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation für Verantwortung vom ersten Tag an Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS‐Office Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch Teamplayer mit starken sozialen Fähigkeiten zur Integration in eine junge und dynamische Unternehmenskultur
