Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time. ### What You’ll Do - Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care - Deliver products to multiple stops each day and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed) - Unload product and merchandise accounts to local standards, stock shelves and coolers, build displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality - Generate invoices and maintain daily records using provided handheld tools (training provided) - Build positive relationships with store management while delivering great service and executing promotions and displays ### Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Valid CDL Class A License License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.) Ability to communicate effectively in English Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation) Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation) ### What to Expect On-the-Job Training Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
