## Job description

### Overview

The Process Operator is responsible for overseeing production activities within the snack manufacturing process. This role ensures adherence to established procedures, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

### Responsibilities

Responsibilities Conduct production activities following established working instructions and procedures.Always ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the snack manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Complete required production documentation accurately and promptly.

### Qualifications

Qualifications Min. bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or any related major

### At least
- 3 years of experience as production operator in snack / foods manufacturing company
- Knowledge of snack manufacturing processes and SOPs
- Ability to operate and monitor production machinery Understanding of food safety, hygiene, workplace safety standards and halal system Basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance skills Quality control and product compliance awareness Accuracy in completing production documentation and reports
- Ability to identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issue
