## Job description

### Overview

The Gatorade TSM MCOE Merchandising Analyst processes PO requests, processes invoices for payment, sets up new suppliers, assists with uniform ordering process, and provides Perm Merch Ordering/Tracking support for Division GTM organization for PBNA.

### Responsibilities
- Support of Requisition to Pay and Invoice Processing tasks including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions) Timely and Accurate PO Request Submission via (Supplier Portal, etc) Timely and Accurate Invoice Processing for Payment (via MyBuy, etc) Research, Troubleshoot, and Resubmit any

### Invoice Issues
- Analyze any trends with invoice processing to identify root causes.,Manage Supplier Set-up
- Process, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from field teams and suppliers, and processed (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation),Collaborate and work with Senior leaderships to understand business and work with suppliers to track delivery and shipment and provide financial insights and analysis.,Manage Perm Merch
- Process, working with Division Perm Merch
- Lead and Gatorade TSMs to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation),Provide Gatorade and Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities (Providing Consultation),Temp Tools: provide periodic ship lists, provide weekly execution updates by Key Account and location, & distribute forms for critical sales weeks

### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master’s degree. 7+ years experience withing consumer goods industry.

Advanced Excel, Power Point/or PowerBI skills to visually tell a story using data/trackers
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed
- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
