This includes restaurants, catering, hospitality, recreation, workplace environments, and vending services. As an Away From Home Sales Representative (formally Food Service Representative), you will play a vital role in PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by: Driving and winning new business growth by acquiring customers and expanding distribution across your territory Building and maintain strong, profitable relationships with existing customers Delivering high‑quality best in class service while representing iconic brands such as Pepsi, Bubly, and Gatorade What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Total Compensation: $51,800 - $84,420 Responsibilities Achieving foodservice sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities Prospecting and acquiring new foodservice accounts using customized proposals Converting local and national business accounts ensuring marketing equipment and product placement Effectively collaborating cross-functionally with local Field Sales team to ensure business objectives are met Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Identifying and aligning resources required to support account execution Preparing account and equipment profiles and service contracts Ensuring Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts. ### Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred 1-3 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred - Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision - Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite - Solid presentation skills required Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle Careers To Smile About: At PepsiCo, you’ll discover a place where our mission is to create smiles around the world.
