Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time. ### What You’ll Do - Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence - Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided) - Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts) - Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools - Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed ### Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Valid U.S. driver's license Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation) Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation) ### Position requires the following certifications Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
