Your Impact Execute payroll services for PepsiCo North America. Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements Capture information in payroll systems. Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations. - Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance - Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues - Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
