[Apply on PepsiCo’s careers site →](https://olivia.paradox.ai/co/PepsiCo10/Job?job_id=P1-6832568-2&posting_type=1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [PepsiCo](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/pepsico/) / Fleet Technician (DOT) - Foods ## Job description ### Quick Look Pay $30 per hour Location: DeForest, WI Work Days: Monday - Friday Start Time: 8:00 am End Time: 4:00 PM Posted Hourly Rate- Base Pay $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible hires (to be paid within 6 months) ### Minimum Qualifications You are at least - 21 years of age or older You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift You have a valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle Your driver's license has not been suspended or revoked in connection with a moving violation within the past three (3) years You can lift 50 pounds or more with or without a reasonable accommodation You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation You have the ability to work in tight spaces for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation You will be required to work on/under trucks for an entire shift (8 to 12 hours) with or without a reasonable accommodation - Maintain and repair fleet vehicles to keep drivers safe and on the road delivering beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos. Your technical skill and preventative work ensure vehicles are reliable and communities stay stocked. ### What You’ll Do - Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and completing preventative maintenance - Work alongside experienced mechanics on more complex repairs and troubleshooting - Manage parts inventory and accurately charge parts and labor to work orders using provided systems - Build relationships with vendors when obtaining estimates for parts or outside labor What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
