We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead strategic growth opportunities in our beverage portfolio, driving innovation, building brand equity, and creating profitable growth for the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of iconic brands, innovation, culture and new growth platforms in one of the most dynamic FMCG categories. You will help shape the next chapter of growth for our beverages portfolio, balancing the power of iconic brands with the excitement of emerging opportunities, building them from ground-up - we're looking for a marketer who combines the discipline of world-class brand building with the mindset of a builder, someone equally energized by launching new ideas, creating cultural relevance and driving commercial growth Responsibilities - Lead brand strategy and annual marketing planning - Identify consumer, category and cultural opportunities that unlock brand growth and drive in-market performance. Develop and execute integrated marketing programs spanning media, digital, social, influencer, events, experiential and retail channels. Partner closely with Insights, Media, Design, Commercial and Global teams to translate business objectives into impactful consumer and shopper plans. Drive innovation launches and portfolio initiatives from concept through on-shelf execution. Monitor business and brand performance, turning insights into clear actions that drive profitable growth. Lead agency partners and ensure consistently high standards of creative excellence and execution. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders across the organization. Develop and coach team members, fostering both marketing and leadership capabilities. ### Qualifications You live and breathe Polish pop culture, social media and the hottest trends, with an instinct for what’s next builder mindset and bias for action - comfortable moving from strategy to execution and influencing senior stakeholders along the way 6+ years of FMCG marketing experience is a must, with a strong track record of launching, scaling or transforming brands. Ability to translate global brand strategy into locally relevant execution without losing brand DNA Strong strategic thinking, fluency in retail panel and household panel analytics combined with the ability to move quickly from insight to long-term growth strategy and short term execution. Business acumen - full understanding of brand P&L and fluency creating retailer-ready selling stories Strong command of marketing fundamentals – proven track record driving penetration and brand equity. Strong creative judgment and experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams. Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities. Fluency in English & Polish required. ### Compensation and Benefits - The expected starting compensation range for this position is 231,100 PLN annually (gross). - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
