To continue this success, we are hiring for a DTC Lead who will be responsible for driving DTC sales and profitability through the development and execution of SodaStream Japan's DTC strategy. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a consumer-centric mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with HQ teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and agency partners to accelerate growth and customer engagement. This position reports to the DTC/EC Head. ### Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive DTC sales, profitability, and ROI. Develop and execute online growth strategies. Manage DTC platforms and optimize website performance. Drive customer lifetime value (CLTV) through acquisition, retention, CRM, and subscription programs. Manage SEO, paid media, content, and promotional campaigns. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights. Collaborate with HQ teams, agency partners, and local stakeholders. ### Qualifications About you: Consumer-centric and entrepreneurial, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in DTC, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering business results. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions. Experience in target shopper identification, insight-driven segmentation, and promotion planning. Strong understanding of DTC or eCommerce, digital media, advertising, creative development, and CRM. Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Experience executing marketing initiatives aligned with brand guidelines and marketing calendars. Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (TOEIC 800+ preferred).
