[Apply on PepsiCo’s careers site →](https://globalcareers-pepsico.icims.com/jobs/467473/login) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [PepsiCo](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/pepsico/) / Warehouse Coordinator ## Job description ### Overview The Warehouse Coordinator contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing general administrative support for the Delta, British Columbia Location. ### What you can expect from us Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Total Compensation: $49,000 - $79,870 Responsibilities Process accounts payable and maintain records Supporting inventory process with receivings, posting counts, write offs Supporting shipping/receiving operations with preparing/organizing outbound/inbound paperwork Yard management and coordination with 3rd party carriers and other internal stakeholders to ensure safe and smooth operation within our truck yard Coordination of inbound delivery appointments through DataDocks platform Support Supervisory staff by performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, etc. Supporting Supervisory staff with staffing and scheduling as needed Organization and ordering of CHEP pallets for location as well as ordering for warehouse Supplies - Maintain and order office supplies Supporting with seasonal and new hire onboarding and training Technical support within the Warehouse on various hardware and software Other duties as assigned by the Product Availability Manager Qualifications High School Diploma required - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great attention to detail - Knowledge of different SAP systems - Knowledge of yard management system - Must demonstrate problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and execute Careers to Smile About: At PepsiCo, you’ll discover a place where our mission is to create smiles around the world.
