Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact, on your career and on the world around you. ### Responsibilities The Opportunity The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. The CSR will be expected to partner with other CSRs in GCC as well as with site and region Leadership.
