## Job description

### Overview

Applies broad knowledge of the BI and Reporting Automation area to independently drive the execution of tasks, processes, and projects, delivering solutions requiring a higher degree of autonomy. May coach and/or provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards. Responsible for designing and creating scalable, data-driven, visually appealing and intuitive dashboards and reports for business intelligence purposes.

Builds robust data infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and scalability, creating intuitive data visualizations, and designing comprehensive BI system architectures. Translates complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Gathers and analyzes data, providing actionable insights to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Automates data using RPA and transforms complex data into intuitive visualizations for informed decision-making.

Leverages artificial intelligence to automate and enhance reporting processes. Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to gather, analyze, and visualize data, generating insightful reports and dashboards in collaboration with AI platform teams.

### Responsibilities

This job applies comprehensive knowledge within the BI and Reporting Automation area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives following best practices and methods with minimal oversight. Identifies opportunities for process improvements in data gathering and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and increase data accuracy. Facilitates the creation of intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Communicates data insights and findings to relevant teams, ensuring that actionable information is readily available for decision-making. Manages the deployment of AI driven solutions to be used in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data and generating innovative reports and dashboards. Recommends automation solutions that streamline data processing workflows, with the goal reducing manual effort and decreasing potential for error.

Contributes to the implementation of key area processes and initiatives, and ensures methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, while operating effectively in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders.
