## Job description

### Overview

This role is designed to support the line manager in delivering high-quality, end-to-end marketing solutions across AFH B2B and B2C channels.

### Responsibilities
- Support the development and commercialization of culinary innovations, including recipe development, consumer validation, product briefing, and launch execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C touchpoints, including social communication, trade events, customer activations, and experiential programs
- Monitor project performance and consumer feedback, generating insights and recommendations for future optimization
- Manage marketing activity budgets, purchase orders, and agency operations to ensure effective resource utilization

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above, with 2–4 years of marketing experience in leading multinational F&B companies
- Experience in integrated marketing campaign execution, including digital communication, social media, events, and shopper activation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership
- Passion for food, culinary trends, and consumer experience
- Fluent in English
