Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. ### What You’ll Do Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets - Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks - Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport - Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area ### Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accomodation) Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
