## Job description

### Overview

Manage the full beverage brand portfolio for PepsiCo Hong Kong, including Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Evervess, Gatorade, Aquafina, and Propel. Report to the Head of Franchise and support the delivery of the Annual Business Plan, driving business growth and achieving volume and profitability targets. Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including ATL, BTL, trade activation, Away-from-Home (AFH), public relations, and event marketing.

Lead New Product Development (NPD) and commercialization projects from concept to market launch, including packaging development, cross-functional approvals, launch planning, and go-to-market execution. Partner closely with the bottler, cross-functional teams, customers, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies. Manage marketing projects within approved budgets and timelines while ensuring high-quality execution.

Oversee the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement. Prepare business presentations, marketing reports, and management updates. Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.

### Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the bottler on daily marketing operations, including brand strategy alignment, campaign execution, POSM approval, and customer request.
- Work cross-functionally with internal srakeholders, including: Brand team (brand strategy, portfolio management, campaign, ATL.) / R&D ( NPD and innovation) / Legal & SRA ( regulatory compliance and legal approval) / Design team ( packaging design and artwork development) / finance team (Marketing budget planning, tracking and A&M management)
- Manage marketing programs with key strategic customers, including KFC & Pizza Hut, utilizing the agreed marketing investment
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for marketing related works.

Monitor the execution and performance on marketing activities to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. Conduct post -campaign ecaluations and analyze campaign effectiveness to identify key learning and future opportunities. Participate in regular meeting with GCR NPD team to monitor innovation project progress. Support head of franchise to lead the monthly operation review (MOR) meeting with the bottler to review the business performance, marketing initiatives and key plans.

Participate in monthly supply chain review meeting with the bottler and KSF GZ Plant team to ensure the supply continuity and operational efficiency Qualifications College diploma or bachelor's degree or above. At least 3 years of work experence, FMCG industry experience is preffered. Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin, including speaking, listening, reading and writing. Personal attributes, professional, responsible and challenge-oriented, and capable of working independently.
