סקירה כללית למפעל תעשייתי מוביל דרוש/ה אחראי/ת קו למחלקת צילינדרים לניהול ותפעול שוטף של קו ייצור. תיאור משרה מחליף למנהל משמרת בהיעדרו מעקב נוכחות, ניהול הפסקות ושיבוץ בעמדות העבודה ליווי תהליכי חניכה והסמכה והכשרת עובדים חדשים הובלה והטמעה של תהליכי LEAN בקו הייצור אחריות על ביצוע טיפולים תקופתיים בקו (יומי, חודשי ושנתי) מילוי והזנת צ'ק ליסטים למערכות, כולל תיעוד החלפת חלקים במכונות ניהול ותמיכה בתהליכי הייצור: עמידה בתוכנית ייצור, טיפול בצווארי בקבוק ובתקלות, ומתן פתרונות בזמן אמת דרישות ניסיון קודם בתעשייה/ עבודה טכנית – חובה. ניסיון בניהול עובדים – יתרון משמעותי שליטה בעברית – חובה אנגלית בסיסית- לצורך עבודה במחשב ובמכונות – חובה נכונות לעבודה במשמרות של 12 שעות, כולל סופי שבוע נכונות לעבודה פיזית אסרטיביות, יכולת קבלת החלטות יחסי אנוש מצויינים Overview (English) A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a

Production Line Supervisor for the Cylinders Department, responsible for the ongoing management and operation of a production line..

Responsibilities (English) Act as a replacement for the Shift Manager during their absence. Monitor employee attendance, manage breaks, and assign employees to workstations. Support onboarding, training, certification processes, and the training of new employees. Lead and implement LEAN processes and continuous improvement initiatives on the production line. Responsible for ensuring periodic maintenance activities are carried out on the production line (daily, monthly, and annual).Complete and enter checklists into company systems, including documenting machine part replacements.Manage and support production processes, including meeting the production plan, addressing bottlenecks and equipment issues, and providing real-time solutions..

Qualifications (English) Previous experience in an industrial environment or technical role is required. Experience in employee supervision or team management is a significant advantage. Fluency in Hebrew is required. Basic English proficiency for working with computers and machinery is required. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends. Willingness to perform physical work.Assertiveness and strong decision-making abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
