## Job description

### Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the flawless execution of integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints. This role ensures that brand communication is consistently and effectively delivered across media, digital, social, shopper, PR, experiential, and retail channels to drive brand growth and consumer engagement.

### Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery across all channels. Adapt global and regional brand campaigns to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Media, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Digital, Design, Insights, and external agencies. Manage campaign production, asset deployment, approvals, and agency deliverables.

Ensure seamless consumer experience across paid, owned, earned, and retail touchpoints. Lead execution of product launches, seasonal activations, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and ROI. Manage communication budgets, timelines, and project trackers. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo brand standards, legal requirements, and operational processes.

### Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, IMC, Brand Activation, or Consumer Marketing. Experience in FMCG and working with multiple stakeholders and external agencies. Strong project management and execution capabilities. Knowledge of digital, media, social, shopper marketing, and content production. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
