## Job description

### Overview

Start: Jan 2027 For 30 years Doritos has been tearing up the UK snack track, with nearly 1 in 3 households loving our bold flavour and iconic crunch. Now it’s your chance to jump into the driver’s seat. Haven’t heard about our Formula 1 partnership yet? Where have you been hiding? This 12-18 month FTC puts you at the heart of the action. From the starting grid to the victory lap, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life.

### Responsibilities

You’ll be joining the team who together will land an incredible 2027 F1 campaign plan.

Specifically, your role will be: Driving the 360° campaigns across social, influencer, the on-pack idea and in-store. Creating scroll-stopping visuals and shopper activations. Landing and reporting on the E2E on-pack delivery that gets more shoppers buying into Doritos. Leading the ‘who, what, how’ of the influencer strategy and plan. Owning campaign delivery — artwork, timelines, approvals, and budgets. Tracking performance and turning insights into the next big win Keeping a close eye on brand performance, competitors, and co.nsumer trends.

This incredible opportunity in the marketing team will also: Continue to develop your marketing skills in understanding the performance drivers and corrective actions to grow the Doritos brand as you co-lead the monthly performance reviews. Give you ownership of artwork changes for existing and new projects. Give you a fast start in being at the heart of the Doritos team by leading the upcoming Sales Conference process for Doritos and help drive the Doritos team culture.
