Key responsibilities will include: - Use tools like PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Databricks to build applications, automate processes, and deliver scalable data solutions - Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive business processes and reduce manual effort - Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into centralized reporting environments - Perform data transformation and preparation in Databricks, leveraging notebooks and SQL to clean, model, and structure data for analytics and reporting - Collaborate with business and technology teams to address real-world business challenges - Gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives with clients - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders - Present data-driven insights through business intelligence tools to broader teams and business stakeholders Qualifications Motivated learner enrolled in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or IT related program Previous work experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role preferred Exposure to Agile methodologies - Solid communication, organizational/time-management skills required - Strong skills in developing presentations and reports - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL preferred Experience or familiarity with ETL concepts and data transformation techniques is an asset Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms is an asset Working experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate are assets.
