The Manager will support the team in deploying NCEM (New Consumer Engagement Model) across markets, ensuring execution excellence, governance, and optimization of media plans. The role focuses on operational rigor, analytics, and stakeholder coordination to deliver consistent consumer engagement and measurable ROI. ### Responsibilities Assist in driving integration of the 5S framework into market media plans. Maintain planning templates and process documentation for markets. Executing Actions Partner with market media leads to ensure creative assets align with platform behaviors. Track adherence to Media Sufficiency principles for reach, frequency, and continuity. Providing Consultation & Executing Actions Support execution of IB-led programs (e.g., Apollo, Pepsi UEFA, Sting F1) by coordinating with markets and agencies. Assist in pilot launches for new brands like Poppi, Propel, and Sting. Make Decision & Executing Actions Track adoption of media related KPIs in Growth Navigator KPIs (Reach & Resonance). Track adoption of Media Beliefs 2.0 and ROI Engine across markets. Aggregate Paid, Owned, and Earned media data for holistic reporting. Providing Consultation & Executing Actions Coordinate with global platform partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify) for campaign execution and beta pilots. Liaise with agencies and bottler teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Providing Consultation & Executing Actions Qualifications Experience in media planning, digital marketing, or marketing operations within CPG or similar industries. Strong understanding of media fundamentals, including Paid, Owned, Earned channels and search. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau). Experience in implementing standardized processes and ensuring compliance with global frameworks. Familiarity with digital platforms and emerging technologies (AI, automation, personalization engines). Detail-oriented with a process mindset and ability to maintain governance rigor. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, adapting to last-minute changes while maintaining clarity and precision.
