## Job description

### Overview

Acts as a subject matter expert for laboratory quality control, delivering accurate analytical testing, equipment verification, data evaluation, and process monitoring to support product quality, food safety, and manufacturing performance. Ensures compliance with quality systems, drives continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, and provides technical support, training, and guidance across quality and production operations.

### Responsibilities

Serve as the laboratory subject matter expert for analytical testing, equipment qualification, and quality data interpretation. Ensure the integrity and compliance of laboratory practices, methods, and results in line with company and regulatory standards. Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, and agricultural teams for product and process performance evaluation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to laboratory performance, product quality, and process capability.

Support audits, investigations, traceability exercises, and quality system implementation activities. Manage raw material inspection and traceability programs in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Prepare, maintain, and review laboratory documentation, reports, and quality records. Monitor critical quality and process parameters through Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and trend analysis.

Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety specifications. Conduct calibration, verification, and maintenance activities for laboratory and production analytical equipment.

### Qualifications

Technical knowledge in analytical procedures for laboratories. Good knowledge of English (oral and written). Computer literacy with Windows, Microsoft office application and othe Lab software.
- Works effectively in a team environment Communication ability
- Ability to work in shifts Analytical skill
- Analyzes data and makes decisions on product quality-works with operations to resolve issues if product is outside of specs Recognizes opportunities for continuous improvement and discusses them with the QC Manager.

Self-directed in managing Lab responsibilities. Should have the ability to communicate complex topics, information and specifications related to product quality. Unterstands and complies with company Quality/Food Safety and Safety requirements.
