## Job description

### Overview

This role supports PepsiCo Foods long term growth, with a focus on:
- Drive AFH (Away-From-Home) growth strategy, from strategic design to PMO in key AFH projects
- Support to design commercial SDD, AOP and other strategic agenda;
- Assist CEO on other strategic communication and change management projects

### Responsibilities
- Drive AFH growth strategy, from strategic design through hands-on execution
- Architect AFH market, channel, customer and occasion diagnostics to surface white-space opportunities and set long-term strategic priorities
- Set the strategic agenda for commercialization opportunities and growth initiatives, converting insights into high-conviction business plans and investment recommendations for leadership
- Shape the AFH operating model and long-term strategic agenda through rigorous internal diagnostics and external benchmarking, commensurate with the scale, complexity and strategic importance of the business
- Define investment priorities, deliverables and KPIs, holding cross-functional stakeholders accountable to a clear path to success and sustained growth momentum
- With the strategic direction established, personally drive execution across multiple priority workstreams — translating strategy into action, proactively resolving roadblocks and ensuring consistent, on-the-ground delivery
- Act as Project Management Office in key commercial projects implementation
- Cascade strategic goals to develop concrete action plans, including key milestones, timeline, actions, KPIs and clear R&R; partner with all stakeholders for alignment and commitment
- Execute cadenced tracking and reporting; identify potential risks and roadblocks, escalating for timely turnarounds
- Continuously review and iterate business plans and execution results for opportunities of improvement
- Participate in SDD and AOP to orchestrate cross-functional workstreams; assist problem solving and business communication
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities by creative thinking to seed for future breakthrough ideation
- Develop internal and external strategy related business presentations, including but not limited to internal conferences, town halls, and external interviews and forums
- Demonstrate strong influence management and provide day-to-day coaching for peers to elevate team strategic capabilities

### Qualifications
- BA required; 5+ years’ experience of top consulting firm preferred; strategy experience in consumer goods/retail/F&B companies is a plus
- Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and its commercial agenda
- Good problem solving intrinsics with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define problems and frameworks
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Very strong English communication and business presentation skills, with high attention to details
- Experienced in cross-functional project management, able to drive senior stakeholders and fast-track deliverables with strong ownership

- Collaborative with certain cultural sensitivity to lead cross-functional discussions
- Strategic thinking with top-down and longer time mindsets
- Efficient and effective operation capability in a matrixed environment
