As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience. Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at a flat rate of $33 per hour. Expected pay is $70,000- $200,000 per year based on productivity and qualifications.
