This role is responsible for overseeing the flow of vehicles through the Car Wash department while ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and an exceptional presentation for both dealership inventory and customer vehicles. WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Bilingual in English and Spanish required. - Previous leadership or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash, detailing, or related operations preferred - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and team leadership abilities - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a professional work environment - Experience working with inventory, scheduling, or dispatching processes a plus - Valid driver's license required WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE - Lead and manage the daily operations of the Car Wash department - Supervise and support Car Wash Attendants to maximize productivity and efficiency - Ensure vehicles are cleaned, prepared, and completed in a timely manner - Monitor workflow and prioritize sold units and customer vehicles appropriately - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Communicate vehicle damage and operational concerns promptly and accurately - Monitor inventory and equipment to ensure efficient department operations - Schedule and coordinate work assignments based on business needs and staffing levels - Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members - Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation standards - Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies ### WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER - Competitive compensation - Health, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Growth and advancement opportunities within Penske Automotive Group APPLY WITH US, WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
