This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes. ### Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team in delivering exceptional service through our global shared services model. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and technology adoption to enhance the employee experience. ### Key Responsibilities Elevate the employee experience by transforming routine tasks into opportunities for meaningful interaction and collaboration. Anticipate employee needs and proactively offer personalized solutions and support. Provide strategic direction and oversight for HR Operations, including service delivery, process optimization, and technology capabilities. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify continuous improvement areas. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 6-8 HR professionals providing global service delivery. Lead by example through a hands-on approach, providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise to help the team navigate complex roadblocks. Set clear direction, and continuous feedback to ensure individual and team success. Oversee day-to-day delivery of high-quality HR services, including data management, compliance, and Global Mobility administration globally to name a few. Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes, implementing automation and self-service solutions to improve efficiency. Lead the change and adoption of new HR technologies while ensuring data integrity and security across all platforms. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Global People Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal. ### Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related field. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR professionals. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employment regulations. Demonstrated experience in process optimization, automation, and implementing HR technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across various departments. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach to service delivery. ### Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience managing HR Operations within a global shared services model. Proficiency in advanced HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
